Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Claims Management – Spark Delivery Claim Concierge will be responsible for support a team that handles customer claims involving SPARK delivery drivers, managing operations.
This role will drive process improvement and deliver best-in-class training programs to ensure alignment with Walmart’s business objectives and evolving operational needs.
You will work closely with Claims, Legal, Risk, Finance, Quality and Technology teams to design training content in an electronic format and drive measurable improvements in the claim’s lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic thinking and has strong stakeholder influence.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
