Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Workers’ Compensation at Walmart Claims Services provides strategic leadership over workers’ compensation quality, compliance, and operational performance across a complex, high-volume claims environment. This role ensures consistent application of regulatory standards, particularly California Workers’ Compensation—while driving quality improvement, risk mitigation, and strong claim outcomes. It’s a high-impact opportunity to shape enterprise WC practices and influence how quality and compliance are embedded into day-to-day operations.
You will work closely with Claims, Legal, Risk, Finance, Quality and Technology teams to design training content in an electronic format and drive measurable improvements in the claim’s lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic thinking and has strong stakeholder influence.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
