Conduct extensive need-state/value territory research and competitive analyses in partnership with key internal stakeholders to identify customer insights and opportunity gaps that inform new benefits, offers, events and pricing.
Partner with internal benefit management teams to analyze business metrics and member behavior to monitor benefit utilization and value to Walmart+ Members. Influence initiatives that drive continuous optimization and improvement of current suite of benefits, securing buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization.
Drive the benefits idea intake & governance process, collaborating with all levels of the organization to create an ongoing feedback loop that supports future benefit development and fuels the enterprise flywheel.
Serve as business lead and support all stages of development for Walmart+ Week, partnering with relevant parties (e.g. acquisition and retention teams, benefit management and partnership teams, product development, etc.) to build, launch and optimize our member celebration event
