Position Summary...What you'll do...Own and execute strategies on improving retention and engagement as business lead for Account Management domain. You will build and iterate on end-to-end plan management through value focused customizations and personalized next best action prompts when members visit the “manage your membership” page, testing and launching “save offers” to improve renewal rates, and launching new capabilities for our members at an account levelOptimize and enhance our Cancellation Driver Model by working with Data Science teams and sharing insights with key stakeholders across the business to influence retention strategyFormulate hypotheses and frame deep-dives that bring forth insights and accelerate our strategic engagement and retention flywheelIdentify, define, scope, and prioritize strategic areas of research to inform businesses cases and decision makingCollaborate with business, marketing, product, operations, analytics, finance, etc. stakeholders to inform strategic approaches, tests design, roadmap, success metrics, and reportingDevelop deep understanding of customer cohorts, motivation, and member journey to deliver targeted strategiesWhat you’ll bring...A proven ability to take end-to-end ownership and independently lead cross-functional partners through high-visibility, strategic projects, consistently demonstrating a bias for action and measurable results.Expertise navigating and collaborating within complex, cross-functional environments and organizational matrices.Comfort operating amid ambiguity, with the capability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, even without direct authority.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to tailor messaging and detail for a wide range of audiences, including executives.A structured approach to problem-solving, breaking large challenges into manageable, actionable steps.Exceptional execution, discipline, and organizational skills—bringing projects across the finish line.Strong analytical acumen to interpret insights from diverse initiatives and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Enthusiasm for tackling challenges and engaging at the scale of a Fortune 1 company.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
