**Why This Role Matters**

+ Drive Program Execution: Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs with transparency, accountability, and agility.
+ Enable Strategic Visibility: Provide leadership with real-time insights into program health, risks, and performance metrics.
+ Foster Collaboration: Act as a connective tissue across CES and partner teams, removing blockers and accelerating delivery.
**What Success Looks Like**
+ Intake programs are aligned with CES strategic priorities and customer experience outcomes.
+ Program delivery is timely, efficient, and transparent.
+ Leadership has visibility into initiative health and can course-correct quickly.
+ Teams are empowered with clear priorities, ownership, and support.
**What You Bring**
+ Proven experience in program or portfolio management, ideally in a large, matrixed organization.
+ Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills.
+ Ability to influence across levels and functions.
+ Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma, change management, or enterprise planning tools is a plus.
**Why You’ll Love It Here**
You’ll join a high-impact team that’s redefining how CES delivers value. You’ll work alongside passionate leaders who believe in transparency, innovation, and empowering associates to do their best work. And you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of customer engagement at scale.
