**Position Summary**
Leverage your expertise in establishing structure, developing processes, and applying creativity in this newly created Senior Manager position within one of CVS Health’s key departments. As a key member of the EVP, Ventures, Experience, and Technology Office at CVS Health, you will report directly to the Lead Director of Strategy & Operations. In this role, you will support multiple programs to support effective communications of our technology & customer experience narrative, foster collaboration across the organization, ensure current messaging being used and maintain our library of reference resources.
Your contributions will be essential in positioning CVS Health as a ‘digital first, technology forward, and data-driven’ organization. You will be responsible for managing shifting priorities and collaborating on high-traffic initiatives while thriving in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
**Sales Enablement**
+ Track and prioritize deliverables related to technology and experience topics for sales enablement, ensuring ongoing archiving, auditing, and maintenance of a library of materials.
+ Develop project plans and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution, including weekly status dashboards.
+ Work with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) & Sales Enablement Program Owner to gather initial requirements to assess intake of new requests, prioritize work, and review work in progress.
+ Work closely with SMEs to ensure governance protocols are being followed prior to release of materials for use.
**Creative Services**
+ Manage the creative project intake process, including gathering initial requirements for creative needs (video and PowerPoint presentations) to be able to assess effort, resource needs, and timeline.
+ Prioritize projects with key stakeholders and maintain regular dashboard reporting and management through delivery.
+ Maintain a reference library of completed materials, including developing a regular archive and refresh schedule.
+ Work closely with the Creative Services Lead to ensure project schedules are met and resources are allocated to ensure successful project execution.
**Communications**
+ Partner with the Experience and Technology Internal Communications Lead to develop, maintain and execute a content management and maintenance plan for internal organization and enterprise websites that enhance user experience and engagement.
+ Collaborate with key contributors and stakeholders, gathering input and feedback to enhance content quality and website functionality for organization and enterprise websites
+ Review, update, and maintain website content, ensuring it is current, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals, branding standards and user experience best practices
**Strategy and Operations**
+ Provide operational support for key initiatives, including, but not limited to reward and recognition programs, sales enablement, and other chief of staff efforts.
+ Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, such as Town Halls, Product Showcases, and Leadership Events.
+ Provide support for other special projects as needed by the Office of Experience and Technology.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will contribute significantly to the success of the Technology and Experience team and the broader goals of CVS Health. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate a dynamic work environment.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 8+ years of work experience
+ 5+ years in project management
+ Managerial-level knowledge of technology, with the proven ability to drive cross-functional change
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Healthcare experience
+ PMP Certification
+ Experience with SharePoint and/or intranet content management
+ Experience managing creative asset workflows
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong sense of urgency, high energy level, capable of handling multifaceted projects while managing day-to-day activities, and able to work well under pressure.
+ Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset focused on agility and development.
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree required
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
