Senior Manager, Business Development - Facility Services
**Position Summary...** **What you'll do...** The Business Development team is seeking a highly strategic Business Development Senior Manager to support the expansion of our Facility Services business into additional internal properties and external markets. This role involves evaluating unique business complexities, estimating necessary resources, building client relationships, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of both existing and future clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing data to drive key business decisions to optimize return on investment and will excel in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, this role requires ownership of the development, support, and management of processes that align with the overall business strategy. What you'll do: + Market Strategy Execution: Create and implement go-to-market strategies for the Facility Services program; determine revenue streams, ensure proper licensing, bonding, and insurance, and secure necessary funding (capital and operational expenditures) • Resource Allocation: Collaborate across various functions to assess and allocate the appropriate resources for executing operations efficiently + Client Relationships: Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through personalized service, while also managing accounts, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and drive business growth. + Process Development and Ownership: Develop, support, and manage processes that align with and support the overall business strategy.
