Sodexo has an opening for a Senior Manager, Business Analytics to join our team. This position will manage a team of specialists who work with Entegra and our credit memo team providing reporting and short pay tracking. This role will align the team’s priorities to ensure they meet deadlines.

This is a remote position. Candidates should reside within a commutable distance to our Bethesda, MD headquarters

Key responsibilities:

Manage Offshore Short Pay TeamConduct QA audits and monthly checks of Short PaysReport and track short pays through the outlined processEnsure all timelines for contracts regarding short pay are met What We Offer
