Position Summary...Walmart Connect is seeking a Senior Manager - Business Analysis & Insights to lead the strategy and execution of our emerging Joint Business Partnership (JBP) framework. As a key member of the Sales Strategy and Enablement Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and analytics.

What you'll do...Develop and execute the strategy for our emerging JBP framework, ensuring alignment with Walmart Connect's business objectives and sales strategyOversee the contract approval and exception process, ensuring timely and effective execution of JBP agreementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for emerging JBPs, including pacing and benefit redemption plans to drive business growthEnsure leadership alignment by providing regular reporting and insights to senior leaders, and gaining buy-in on key initiatives and decisionsDevelop and maintain JBP legal process and operations, ensuring compliance with Walmart Connect's policies and proceduresProvide seller support and guidance on JBP-related matters, ensuring a positive experience for our partners

What You'll Bring...

7+ years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, or a related fieldProven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies and operations plansStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExperience with contract management and vendor onboarding processesStrong understanding of sales strategy and enablement principlesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
