And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** Performs as the lead to ensure controls are designed to mitigate business risks affecting CVS Health and meet regulatory and contractual commitments. Provides oversight and review of control evaluations and performs detailed testing as required to ensure they are operating effectively. Identifies deviations and potential security risks that may impact the organization and provides actionable impact analysis and reporting to stakeholders within IT and the business to help govern the adherence to controls. Leads the development of polices, controls, and procedures related to Enterprise Information Security. Key Responsibilities: + Leads the development, implementation, and governance of Enterprise Information Security policies, standards, and operating procedures + Performs detailed evaluations and validates the effectiveness of designed controls + Governs Enterprise Information Security policies, standards, and procedures by engaging with stakeholders, control owners and custodians per defined SLAs and operating procedures + Represent the organization in area of focus in audit and assessment activities with internal or external auditors, and regulators + Provides reporting and dashboards that measure adherence against expected and/or defined outcomes + Leads the development, implementation, and governance of Enterprise Information Security policies, standards, and operating procedures **Required Qualifications** + 7+ years of information security or related experience + 3+ years of experience identifying security risk within technology implementations + 3+ years of experience with security controls and alignment to key regulations (NIST, ISO, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI) **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in leading formal control testing initiatives, projects, or programs. + Regulatory standards including NIST, SOX, SOC, HIPAA, PCI and HITRUST + Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills + Strong written and verbal communication skills **Education** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience) **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $130,295.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
