What You’ll Do:
Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for Absence Management, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory compliance.Oversee system implementations and enhancements across Benefits, Workday, Payroll, and Time & Attendance platforms, while driving secure, scalable data integrations that enable a resilient, compliant, future-ready framework.Lead cross-functional projects from conception to delivery, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment through clear business requirements.Champion automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, maintain compliance, and elevate the associate experience.Mentor associates, manage vendor relationships, and foster strong collaboration across teams.What You’ll Bring:

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
