In this role, you’ll be a critical partner to the Chief of Staff of eCommerce Decision Sciences —driving the team’s PMO, rethinking how we allocate analytics resources, shaping org strategy, and helping define how Walmart scales AI innovation. You’ll make an impact by:
· Leading our Analytics PMO – Oversee cross-functional project planning, delivery, stakeholder communication, and risk management across high-priority analytics initiatives.
· Reimagining how we use and deploy AI – Define strategic approaches to integrate AI/ML solutions across business processes, including opportunity identification, partnership models, and cultural enablement.
· Shaping org structure and resource allocation – Collaborate with leadership to evaluate how analytics talent is deployed across priorities and build future-proof org models.
· Driving a culture of insight and storytelling – Coach the analytics team and partners to communicate insights effectively, improving data literacy, trust, and actionability.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
