Skills and Requirements • 3–5 years of experience, ideally within banking/financial services. • CPA or actively working toward it - full cycle accounting, closing month end, quarter end, year end • Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query/Power Pivot; Excel test level: advanced). • Experience with big data/analytics tools (e.g., SQL/Power BI/Tableau or similar). • Exposure to automation tools (macros/VBA, Power Automate, Alteryx, or similar). • Banking/financial services experience • AI experience in previous role
