Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production operations by reducing downtime, improving equipment performance, and maintaining strong manufacturing standards. This role plays a key part in sustaining efficient plant operations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance activities on production equipment, facility systems, and utilities to ensure operational reliability.Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.Perform general building maintenance as needed.Troubleshoot and repair machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and robotic systems.Support process improvements, including equipment tuning and optimization.Participate in Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives.Complete additional tasks as assigned.Minimum QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED (required)Industrial Maintenance Associate Degree (preferred)Intermediate to advanced electrical training certifications (preferred)Experience2–5 years of hands-on experience in:Robotics tuningElectrical troubleshootingPLC troubleshooting and repairProficiency with programming software used for process optimization and diagnosticsExperience with Allen-Bradley processors (preferred)Skills & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesSelf‑starter with solid work ethicFlexibility in a fast‑changing environmentAbility to work mandatory overtime when necessaryLanguage SkillsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishComputer/Software KnowledgeBasic proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with:RSLogixFactoryTalk View (PanelView)MicrologixRSLogix 5000Mitsubishi (A Series)Work Environment & Physical RequirementsEnvironment: Automotive manufacturing settingTravel: 0–40%Hours: Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as neededPhysical Demands:Ability to talk, see, hear, walk, sit, and standAbility to occasionally lift up to 30 lbsAbility to work from aerial platformsAbility to climb fixed and portable ladders up to 25 ftJob Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
