Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (on-site) Position: Senior Logistics Specialist – International Programs Overview: ITC Defense is hiring a Senior Logistics Specialist to support International Programs at the Joint Consolidation Point (JCP) in Mechanicsburg, PA. This role leads day-to-day logistics operations, supervises a small support team, and ensures accurate shipment preparation and delivery for U.S. government and international programs. Responsibilities: + Lead, mentor, and supervise a 3-person Logistics Management Specialist (LMS) team + Oversee all contractor logistics activities at the Joint Consolidation Point (JCP) + Ensure shipments are prepared correctly, including: + Documentation and shipment packets + Material readiness and compliance + Marking, labeling, and shipping accuracy + Review and approve monthly contractor status reports + Coordinate daily and weekly meetings and conference calls with government and contractor teams + Support special projects and other logistics tasks assigned + Escort sensitive or mission-critical materials to final delivery locations when required + Other duties as assigned.
