Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Level Machine Operator to join their team. As a Senior Level Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask successfully within a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Senior Level Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: CA, Orange
Pay Range: Up to $25.45 per hour
Read drawings and cut lists to determine material requirements.
Program and operate machinery such as plasma tables, pipe benders, bandsaws, and drill presses.
Set up material for shear and break operations.
Load, band, and palletize materials as needed.
Operate forklifts, hoists, and other shop equipment safely and efficiently.
What’s Needed?Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing or structural/miscellaneous shop environment.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, prints, and tape measures.
Experience operating plasma machines, pipe benders, and other fabrication tools.
Proficiency using Tekla and CAD preferred.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
