The Senior Learning Experience Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative and effective learning solutions that meet the needs of our employees and support our business objectives. The Senior Learning Experience Designer will have a passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences, a strong background in instructional design and a deep understanding of adult learning principles and Talent Development tools and technologies. Leads the design and development of Talent Development solutions, including self-paced eLearning courses, and facilitated interactive developmental experiences.Leads the design and development of course materials for instructor-led solutions, including lesson plans, visuals, handouts/job aids, training activity materials, role plays, and facilitator guides.Leads the design and creation of multimedia learning solutions leveraging Articulate, Synthesia and other eLearning and video development tools.Presents topics and ideas for course development and lead others in creating.Partners with Talent Development Strategists to assess learning and development needs and suggest solutions.Partners with Internal Communications partners to create communication plans and materials for learning and development programs.Leads the design of knowledge/skill tests, surveys, and evaluations to measure program outcomes and their effectiveness.Responsible for staying current on the latest Learning trends, tools and capabilities to bring innovative insights to Burns & McDonnell.Leverages Artificial Intelligence capabilities to research, design and develop learning solutions.Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced staff.Responsible for QA/QC process adherence.Responsible for compliance with company and site safety policies.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards
