Overview

Job Purpose

Design and deliver impactful training experiences that empower users and administrators to effectively adopt and utilize ICE Mortgage Technology products. This role leverages instructional design best practices to create instructor-led classes—including functional-focused webinars and hands-on workshops—as well as e-learning modules and task-based videos. Through collaboration, innovation, and a focus on learner engagement, the role supports customer success and drives measurable outcomes across the ICE platform.

 

Responsibilities

Design and update and deliver instructor-led training programs, including functional webinars and hands-on workshops, using sound instructional design methodologiesDevelop engaging e-learning modules and task-based video content for delivery via a learning management system or virtual platformsEnsure all training content is current, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices and ICE Mortgage Technology product updatesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and design curriculum that supports customer success and product adoptionApply instructional design principles to create clear learning objectives, course outlines, and assessments that drive measurable outcomesSelect and integrate effective media elements—such as graphics, animations, and screen recordings—to enhance learner engagement and retentionLead and contribute to projects that support the adoption of ICE Mortgage Technology platforms and servicesMentor team members on instructional design best practices, tools, and departmental standards

 

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent certifications required6+ years’ experience in instructional design, including needs assessment, curriculum development, and delivery across multiple modalitiesStrong knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning theory, and e-learning development toolsExperience designing and delivering training through learning management systems and virtual platforms (e.g., WebEx, Zoom)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and formatting.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with multimedia tools and video editing software is a plusKnowledge of the real estate industry and ICE Mortgage Technology products is preferredAbility to travel as needed (15%)
