Senior Learning & Development Consultant - Executive and Manager Development
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a **Senior Learning & Development Consultant** with the Executive and Manager Development team to lead and support with learning projects and programs, implementation work, and support the full learning lifecycle for development experiences serving the mid‑to‑senior leader population. **In this role, you will:** + Manage the end‑to‑end implementation of complex leadership development solutions with high visibility targeted for senior leader to executive audiences. + Consult on, design, and drive flawless program execution with internal businesses, cross‑functional partners, senior and executive stakeholders, and external vendors , demonstrating strong stakeholder management, polished communication, and agile execution. + Assess needs and create interactive, best‑in‑class executive and manager development programs, with a focus on mid‑ to senior‑level leaders, ensuring solutions reflect professionalism and strategic leadership expectations. + Apply deep knowledge of leadership and professional development across business disciplines to integrate learning solutions, connect enterprise capabilities, and demonstrate business impact for high‑visibility programs. + Lead programs, project management, milestones and deliverables with flexibility to pivot as needed, resolving issues and guiding teams to meet deliverables while ensuring strong adherence to policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and standards of professionalism. + Collaborate with peers, colleagues, managers, senior leaders and executives to resolve issues, align approaches, and achieve project and program goals. + Partner closely with business leaders, HR partners, peers, and leaders to develop comprehensive learning events and programs that enhances business unit performance and meets the expectations of senior and executive leaders. + Integrate ongoing needs assessments, data, and feedback from target audiences into the development and continuous improvement of learning solutions, demonstrating strong judgment, professionalism, and a high level of stakeholder awareness. + Onboard and manage vendors delivering leadership programs ensuring partners can meet expectations for senior‑leader learning environments ensuring consistent quality and delivery standards aligned with executive‑level expectations. **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. **Desired Qualifications:** + End‑to‑end program design, project management, and execution experience, including partnering with internal clients to implement learning solutions. + Knowledge of adult learning principles and leadership development with in-person and virtual facilitation experience, and course/program design. + Experience delivering manager and leadership development programs, preferably within large, complex organizations. + Proven ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders. + Experience conducting assessments and analysis, with the ability to draw insights, conclusions, and actionable recommendations from data. + Prior experience as a people manager at Wells Fargo or a similarly sized organization, including leading direct reports and providing coaching and development. + Excellent verbal, written, presentation design/delivery and interpersonal communication. **Job Expectations:** + Position will require onsite presence at one of the required locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule. + Ability to travel up to 25% + Flexibility to support global teams across time zones. + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. + Relocation assistance is not available for this position Position Locations: + 401 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC + 1525 W WT Harris Blvd, Charlotte NC + 401 Las Colinas Blvd W, Irving, TX + 4101 Wiseman Boulevard, San Antonio, TX + 800 South Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines, IA **Posting End Date:** 9 Feb 2026 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
