What You'll Do In this Senior Lead Transfer/Switch Operator role, you'll play a crucial part in daily operations at our Birmingham location. This position combines skilled transfer work, switching duties, and leadership responsibility. You'll help coordinate railcar movement, maintain operational flow, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and safely. Equally important, you'll serve as a mentor and example for newer team members, showing them proper safety protocols, correct procedures, and the level of attention needed to work effectively in a federally regulated environment.
