We are looking for a dedicated Senior Lead Investigator – APAC to join our regional investigations team. In this role, you will lead complex workplace investigations, navigate diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes, and help strengthen a workplace built on integrity, fairness, and genuine care for our people. You will work closely with HR, Legal, and business leaders across Singapore, Australia and the wider APAC region. Role location: Tuas South, Singapore (Onsite with Flexibility) Alternate base options: May also be based in Australia, depending on the candidate’s location and business needs. As a Lead Investigator, you will play an essential role in fostering a respectful, ethical, and psychologically safe work environment. You will partner closely with HRBPs, People Support, Legal, and leaders across the business—always maintaining independence, empathy, and professionalism throughout the investigation journey. This regional role calls for strong judgment, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to collaborate confidently in a global matrix environment.
