Every day around the world we help clients explore new ways to respond to market dynamics with flexibility and speed, reduce costs with less risk, and increase productivity to enable growth. **Day to Day job Duties:** + Design, build, and deploy NLP models for intent classification, NER, and sentiment analysis using both traditional methods (BiLSTM, TF-IDF) and modern frameworks. + Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to improve dialogue management and agent capability. + Lead the development and optimization of conversational systems using Rasa NLU. + Drive end-to-end development from POC to production-ready systems, including deploying models via API. + Lead design reviews, define technical standards, and mentor junior engineers. + Establish evaluation frameworks to measure model quality, accuracy, and safety. **Basic Qualifications:** + 7+ years of experience overall + 5+ Years of experience in Python (5–6+ years), including Object-Oriented Programming and writing clean, testable code + 3+ Years of hands-on experience with BiLSTM, TF-IDF classifiers, and word embeddings (Word2Vec, GloVe). + 2+ Years of experience working in Rasa NLU and Rasa Core. + Additional Qualifications: + Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or LLM-based RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). + Strong experience in ML Frameworks: PyTorch or TensorFlow + Experience in Cloud & DevOps: Docker, AWS/GCP, and CI/CD Pipeline + Must be able to work on-site in a hybrid model **About NTT DATA:** NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
