You'll be responsible for the end-to-end Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, including investor account verification, periodic reviews, and static data maintenance. This role involves collaboration with clients, external partners, and internal teams such as Fund Administration, Compliance, and Legal. As part of our global Investment, Accounting, and Reporting Solutions division, you'll be joining a team with a truly international reach, with offices spanning Luxembourg, the UK, Amsterdam, Germany, and Poland. You'll work closely with a supportive team to deliver great services that help our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will be valued. **What you’ll do** + Manage the end-to-end process for requesting, collecting, completing, and maintaining all AML/KYC information and documentation at the investor level. + Analyze AML/KYC documentation, ensuring adherence to Luxembourg regulatory requirements. + Proactively engage with stakeholders to follow up on outstanding AML/KYC requirements, fostering efficient communication. + Maintain current and comprehensive Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) files. + Ensure accurate and timely system output, including the generation and delivery of client/investor reporting. + Escalate AML and KYC concerns to the team manager, ensuring swift and compliant resolution. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders. + Conduct quality assurance reviews and due diligence on existing clients, implementing appropriate actions as needed. + Act as a primary client contact for communicating due diligence matters to investors, fund managers, and the compliance officer. + Adhere to established controls and procedures, ensuring consistent compliance with policies and deadlines. + Produce quarterly and annual AML/CFT reports and monitor relevant AM/CFT indicators. **What you’ll bring** + 4+ years of AML/KYC experience in financial services (management company or financial services preferred). + Relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, or Finance). + Strong understanding of Luxembourg regulatory landscape. + Experience with Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). + Proficiency in screening software and Microsoft Office. + Experience with large datasets. + Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. + Familiarity with complex investor structures (preferred). **Why Join Us?** This is an opportunity to advance your career in a reputable organization that values professionalism and teamwork.
