NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with clinical or healthcare technology solutions.
About NTT DATA Services: lead the planning and implementation of critical technology initiatives supporting the CRG Trialmed business. This role will oversee the deployment of a Sample Manager application and the implementation of ECG/Telemetry equipment and related solutions across U.S. and Prague clinic locations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, experience working in regulated (GxP) environments, and the ability to effectively communicate across technical, business, and executive audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead the planning and implementation of:
Sample Manager application for CRG Trialmed
ECG/Telemetry equipment and solutions at U.S. and Prague clinics
Understand and define the scope and deliverables for each project.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones in collaboration with vendors and business stakeholders.
Drive execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Governance & Reporting
Provide regular status updates to project teams and Steering Committee.
Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of risks and issues in a timely manner.
Manage change control processes and obtain necessary approvals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data within the PPM system.
Financial & Compliance Management
Track project budgets and forecasts accurately and proactively.
Ensure compliance with CRG SOPs and GxP requirements.
Ensure all required documentation and deliverables meet regulatory and quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
8+ years of strong project management expertise with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technology implementations.
3+ years of proven experience delivering technology solutions in a GxP-regulated environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively remove obstacles.
Experience managing vendor relationships and global project coordination.
Strong financial tracking and forecasting capabilities.
Preferred Experience
Experience implementing clinical or healthcare technology solutions.
Experience working with global clinic deployments.
Familiarity with ECG/Telemetry systems or similar medical technologies.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is **($60 - 62/hourly )** . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
