Our client, a leader in the IT sector, is seeking a Senior IT Change Manager to join their team. As a Senior IT Change Manager, you will be part of the Change Management Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Washington, DC (metro accessible) and work ON SITE 3 days a week

**What's the Job?**
+ Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
+ Oversee multiple change initiatives concurrently, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ Provide guidance and coaching to change management resources, project teams, and senior leaders.
+ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify areas for continuous improvement.
+ Ensure compliance with all change management policies, procedures, and best practices.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ 7+ years of experience in IT change management with a track record of successful implementations.
+ Advanced certifications in change management (e.g. Prosci).
+ Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
+ Expert level interpersonal and relationship building skills with demonstrated experience in presenting to and communicating with senior leadership (C-Suite).
