Senior Inventory Planner

Description

This job contributes to the company's success by leading the development of assigned business units' inventory forecasts, which drive the planning processes that support the attainment of sales forecasts and established customer service objectives.

Daily Responsibilities:

•\tSets inventory strategies and service level strategies; recommends optimum inventory levels and provides options to trade off cost vs. service level targets

•\tPartners with cross-functional teams to create strategies and implement assortment plan changes that reduce waste and increase margin

•\tIdentifies opportunities to improve store sales and implements appropriate inventory strategies through analysis, and recommends store-focused solutions to meet store sales and financial targets

•\tUses experience, insights, and data to anticipate trend shifts and put preventative measures in place

•\tCoordinates with others in response to multiple, competing demands to ensure work is completed promptly

•\tUnderstands the necessary audience, including leaders, and tailors communication to promote collaborative responses

•\tGathers inputs from cross-functional teams to craft collaborative messaging that accurately conveys complex situations

•\tProficiency in ERS (Excel, PowerPoint) and has the ability to present

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
