Senior Internal Communications Officer (People & Culture)

Are you passionate about internal communications and creating a positive, engaging colleague experience? This is an exciting opportunity to join our high performing Internal Communications team as a Senior Internal Communications Officer, with a dedicated focus on our People & Culture priorities. 

Location 

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to attend our Lynton House office when required 
(7–12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT). 

About the role 

In this role, you will provide expert communications advice to leaders and stakeholders, working collaboratively to support and drive cultural change across the organisation. Partnering closely with colleagues across People & Culture, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering communications that help colleagues feel informed, engaged and connected. 

You will bring strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted, productive relationships at all levels. Ideally, you will have previous experience delivering people or HR focused communications, including projects, campaigns and colleague engagement events. 

What you'll bring 

You will have a proven track record of: 

Developing and delivering accessible, inspiring and impactful communications and engagement activities  Providing strategic communications support while confidently balancing competing priorities  Producing high quality written, verbal and visual communications across a range of channels  Working collaboratively to support organisational change and culture initiatives 

As per the Senior Internal Communications Officer job description and person specification, there may be some necessity to organise and manage virtual or face-to-face events, as the need arises.

The salary for this role will be agreed between £38,471 - £ 40,415 (Step 6 – Step 8)
