Our client, a leading innovator in the autonomous vehicle and robotics industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will support complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive the company's strategic objectives. **Job Title:** Technical Program Manager
**Location:** Foster City, CA
**Pay Range:** $100 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Partner with PMO leadership to define, implement, and document standards and best practices for integrated planning.
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive, high-level integrated master schedules that connect multiple program and project plans into a cohesive view.
+ Manage change control processes for the integrated master schedule to ensure alignment and adaptability.
+ Analyze program schedules to identify, monitor, and visualize the critical path, dependencies, and resource constraints impacting company objectives.
+ Collaborate with Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and leadership to provide analysis, tools, and coaching to ensure schedule alignment and risk mitigation.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or business-related fields.
+ 8+ years of experience in program scheduling, integrated planning, or technical program management within complex hardware/software environments.
+ Deep expertise in critical path methodology (CPM) and schedule risk analysis.
+ Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
