The Metrologist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of laboratory equipment and instrumentation within a regulated scientific environment. This role supports critical laboratory operations by performing system qualifications, maintaining asset records, and ensuring documentation meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Performance Qualification (PQ) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities on chromatography systems.Conduct temperature and humidity mapping for refrigerators, freezers, and stability chambers as required.Manage and maintain equipment records within the Blue Mountain RAM asset management platform.Write, revise, and maintain technical reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.Apply working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, GLP, and cGMP standards in daily activities to ensure adherence to regulatory expectations.Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
