Job Role and Responsibility:
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Identity and Access Management (IAM) Metrics Team is hiring a Senior Information Security Engineer to be responsible for using data and visualization tools to create reporting and metrics to support IAM Key Performance Indicators, Compliance and Regulatory data and Operational Reporting. Responsible for working with Customers directly to understand their needs and provide guidance and visualization to achieve the customer's goals. Partner with the Analytics Database team to develop and implement analytical tools for the IAM Metrics organization to align with the IAM Technology Road Map. Areas of responsibility will include, but not limited to, customer requirements gathering, script development, data aggregation and management, visualization with tools, testing, creating diagrams, presentations and other support documentation. Visualization of data is a key factor in providing analytical analysis of IAM data. Assist with Proof of Concepts for new Enterprise Approved visualization tools, making technical recommendations for how the tools are used in IAM Metrics. Preform code reviews within the team. Troubleshoot difficult technical issues. Work with senior leadership to provide special executive reporting. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:
Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, or related technical field.
Amount and type of experience required: Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.
Specific skills required:
5 years of information security applications and systems experience;5 years of data visualization experience;5 years of experience with technical requirements, design, testing, and implementation of tools and technologies;5 years of experience creating executive level dashboards, analytics, and reports using advanced visualization tools;4 years of information technology applications and systems experience;4 years of SQL Server SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS experience;4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, metrics & business intelligence, data warehouse;3 years of experience aggregating data from multiple systems of record;2 years of experience working with business and technical requirement documents; and2 years of experience managing Identity and Access Management or Information Security related projects.Salary: $127,421 - $179,000
