The Role
We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Senior Influencer Executive to play a key role in delivering high-impact influencer marketing campaigns across fashion, beauty and lifestyle. Sitting within the Brand Marketing team, this role will take ownership of campaign execution while supporting strategy, performance optimisation and junior team members.
You’ll work closely with the Influencer Manager, internal stakeholders and external creators to ensure influencer activity drives awareness, engagement and revenue, while staying true to the Debenhams brand.
What you'll be doing
Lead the end to end execution of influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platformsSource, negotiate and manage relationships with influencers and creators across multiple tiersOwn campaign timelines, budgets, contracts, gifting and content approvalsBrief influencers clearly to deliver high-quality, on-brand contentTrack content usage rights and support paid amplification and whitelisting where requiredAnalyse campaign performance and produce clear reporting with actionable insightsIdentify opportunities to optimise influencer strategy based on data, trends and audience behaviourSupport and mentor junior team members or executives where applicableStay ahead of social trends, platform updates and competitor activityWhat value you can bring
3 years Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media, ideally within fashion, beauty or e-commerceStrong understanding of creator culture, platforms and performance metricsExperience managing influencer relationships, negotiations and contractsHighly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsConfident working with data, reporting tools and campaign analysisCommercial mindset with a test and learn approachWhy join us
