**Job Title:** **Senior** **HVAC Technician**
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior HVAC Technician to oversee and perform maintenance and repair on refrigeration and HVAC equipment within our facilities. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in commercial HVAC and refrigeration to ensure all assets are functioning optimally.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and repair facility's refrigeration and HVAC equipment using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills.
+ Use hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs efficiently.
+ Utilize the work order management system to receive and document repair work orders supporting stores and store associates.
+ Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
+ Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
+ Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines by adhering to safety policy and environmental guidelines.
+ Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work comfortably at heights frequently.
Essential Skills
+ 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC maintenance.
+ Experience in large-scale refrigeration.
+ Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling.
+ Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Leadership experience is a plus.

Work Environment
This is a day shift position with hours that may vary based on store requirements. On-call hours are required. The work environment is a retail store setting with grocery refrigeration and freezers.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Sign on bonus - $2,000
