**About the Role**
Are you a skilled HVAC professional passionate about optimizing commercial building environments? As a **CBRE HVAC Sr. Technician** , you'll be instrumental in maintaining, installing, and expertly troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems across multiple pharmaceutical facilities on a campus in Fremont, CA. Take charge of critical equipment, manage essential stock, and ensure the highest quality of service, directly impacting building performance and tenant comfort.
**What You'll Do**
+ Install, repair, adjust, and maintain large electric or pneumatic control systems for building HVAC and refrigeration systems.
+ Calibrate instruments, gauges, and control components to ensure accurate operation.
+ Conduct thorough inspections and ongoing preventive maintenance on building HVAC equipment.
+ Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and work safety standards.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment failures, identifying optimal solutions for modifications.
+ Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels for HVAC materials, supplies, and components.
+ Adhere to standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).
**What You'll Need**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of relevant job experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Completion of an apprenticeship and possession of a valid driver's license.
+ Ability to meet physical demands, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Proficiency in applying existing procedures to effectively solve standard technical problems.
+ Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices to make sound judgments.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Strong organizational skills combined with an inquisitive and detail-oriented mindset.

The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
