Your Team's Impact 

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner helps promote FactSet’s culture and values, ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the organization. This role is responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies and policies that support our business goals and improve productivity, with a primary focus on establishing FactSet’s presence in São Paulo, Brazil. 

What You'll Do 

Partner with internal stakeholders to design and execute HR strategies that drive growth, particularly for FactSet’s operations in São Paulo. Collaborate with global leaders to coach, support, and influence talent development and retention. 

Ensure HR initiatives align with regional and global strategies and comply with local and federal laws and regulations. 

Deliver HR programs and services by working closely with HR Centers of Expertise such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Technology, and Inclusion & Belonging. 

Implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, fair, accurate, compliant, and consistent with corporate guidelines. 

Advise managers, supervisors, and employees on the consistent application of HR policies and best practices. Recommend policy updates or clarifications and assist with the development and communication of new or revised policies. 

Coach managers and supervisors in performance management and communicating HR programs and policies effectively. 

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations. Keep current on changes in legislation, regulations, and HR practices related to employee relations and labor law. 

Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding processes. 

Analyze HR data relevant to turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement, and recommend data-driven solutions. 

Help managers and employees identify, clarify, and resolve workplace challenges to improve performance, providing appropriate support and recommending solutions. 

 

What We're Looking For 

Required Skills 

Bachelor’s degree required 

Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources. 

Experience functioning as a strategic HR business partner in a multinational or matrixed organization. 

Strong sense of ownership, able to work independently to manage projects and resolve issues. 

Proactive, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks based on business needs. 

Demonstrated experience in assessing change management requirements and helping design and implement change management plans. 

Ability to build effective partnerships with senior executives, using influence and persuasive skills. 

Detailed knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and local employment regulations, with understanding of HR best practices, payroll and benefits in Brazil. 

Strong collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills, able to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. 

Highly organized and attentive to detail. 

Fluent verbal and written skills in both English and Brazilian Portuguese. 

Cultural awareness and a flexible, collaborative approach. 

Ability to travel as required.
