Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.4+ years of experience in a HR generalist role with heavy focus on recruiting. Experience in financial or professional services environments.Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.

The base salary for this position is $100k-$110k per year.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
