**About the role**
As aCBRE T&T Health, Safety and Environment Senior Manager, you will be incharge of crafting and implementing health, safety, and environmental programsfor medium to large-sized clients.
Thisjob is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. They are responsiblefor organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees andsurrounding communities
**This role will support the Capital & Construction Projects side ofEHS (Health, Safety & Environment) and will be fully onsite inIndianapolis, IN Monday-Friday.**
**What you’ll do:**
Promotea positive and proactive culture to influence customers, and to ensurecompliance.
Develop,implement, and review playbooks, and procedures. Ensure Health, Safety andEnvironmental initiatives drive program consistency and efficiency.
Manageinitiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
Trackoperational and safety risks. Develop and manage complex strategic riskmanagement strategies to avoid potential incidents.
Managea team of direct reports and provide strategic leadership, developing programsand processes for the team to execute the management of capital projects, forCBRE T&T at Indianapolis client sites.
Monitorinjury, illness, and incident reports. Identify and implement ways to reducerisk.
Workwith high-profile customers to identify potential concerns. Troubleshoot andsuggest solutions.
MonitorHealth, Safety and Environmental regulatory compliance within the account.Implement strategic solutions that improve and maintain compliance as required.
Leadby example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided bypolicies and departmental plans.
Identifyand solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
Understandand recognize the broader impact across the department.
Improveand change existing methods, processes and standards within job field.
**What you’ll need:**
Bachelor'sDegree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree,a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Priorexperience in Life Sciences or related environments nice to have.
Experiencein Health, Safety and Environment (EHS) within Capital Projects &Construction required.
Additionalcertifications as required by local authority.
Abilityto lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information,convey performance expectations and balance issues.
Leadershipskills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets.
In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.
Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $105,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
