Your new role
As a (Senior) HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR operations across EMEA. You will work closely with colleagues in People & Organisation, act as a trusted partner to the Line of Business (LoB), and contribute to improving service quality and efficiency.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling operational and administrative HR tasks and responding to LoB inquiries Providing user support in HR IT systems such as SAP SuccessFactors/Employee Central and ServiceNow Acting as a subject matter expert or super user in selected HR areas or markets Supporting the creation and maintenance of HR knowledge resources Collaborating with global and regional teams to optimise and streamline HR processes
You will communicate complex HR topics in a clear, simple way, contribute to process improvements, and work closely with colleagues in India and other People & Operations teams to ensure high service quality.
Your new department
You will join the askHR EMEA team, providing operational and administrative HR support across the organisation. We operate in a fast-paced, diverse, and collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues in India and multiple EMEA countries. Our focus is on delivering excellent customer service, continuously improving HR processes, and supporting employees and leaders with clarity and professionalism.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for someone with a strong service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in international environment. The ideal candidate brings a mix of HR operational experience, customer service focus, and strong digital capabilities.
To thrive in this role, we imagine you have:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or equivalent relevant experience and/or certification specialised in HR Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, ideally within HR Operations or HR Shared Services, including handling inbound calls Practical knowledge of employment law and HR procedures, with experience supporting multinational environments (while experience supporting the UK market would be advantageous) Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central module is preferred) and ServiceNow as essential skills, while confidence working with various HR IT systems would be a plus Strong communication skills in verbal and written English (B2/C1 level), while Spanish skills will be an advantage
