Senior HR Generalist

Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and business-oriented Senior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will act as a key HR member, contributing to the full spectrum of HR operations while focusing on Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Experience.

Role and Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and reward policies.Advise management and employees on compensation-related policies and practices.Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.Support the annual compensation review, performance bonus, and incentive schemes.Provide analytics and insights to management for data-driven decisions on pay and benefits.Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR standards.Maintain accurate HR data and reporting for key metrics and KPIs.Assist on HR budgeting and headcount planning.Support ad hoc HR project and activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s in HR preferred).Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR generalist or HR business partner roles.Proven track record in Rewards / C&B management and salary benchmarking.Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, consulting, and analytical skills.Excellent command of English (written & spoken).High integrity, business acumen, and a proactive mindset.
