Job Description
A specialized manufacturer of aerospace equipment is looking for a Senior HR Generalist that will play a key role in supporting a high‑volume HR environment during a period of significant organizational change, including a major HRIS implementation and upcoming ISO audit. This position requires strong analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and the flexibility to shift quickly between priorities. The ideal candidate has broad HR experience across multiple industries and excels in documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Implementation & Data Management
Support the transition from Paycor to Paylocity, scheduled to go live after the final March payroll.
Assist with data validation, system setup, and process alignment.
Maintain accurate employee information across electronic and paper systems.
File Auditing & Compliance
Review and update approximately 120 employee files, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Audit and organize job descriptions, verifying proper documentation for each role.
Conduct compliance reviews related to forms, records, and required documentation.
Double‑check data between the online drive and physical files to ensure full alignment.
ISO Audit Preparation
Work closely with the Quality team to gather, verify, and organize documents required for an upcoming ISO audit.
Track audit‑related tasks and requirements through email and internal communication.
Pull necessary reports, collect data, and ensure all documentation meets standards.
Recruiting & HR Operations
Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating communication.
Assist with the finalization of an I‑9 audit, including follow‑up and document collection.
Maintain access to calendars and internal systems to schedule appointments and verify availability.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with HR leadership, including the Associate Director, HR Generalist, and Senior HR Generalist.
Work with the Quality team to obtain necessary information for audits and compliance needs.
Communicate effectively across departments to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications
7–10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably across multiple industries.
Strong background in:
File audits and compliance
Job descriptions and HR documentation
Electronic and physical file management
Form review and recordkeeping
Experience supporting system implementations or major HR transitions preferred.
ISO experience is not required, though familiarity is helpful.
Ability to work independently, handle shifting priorities, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach. Ideal Traits
