HR GENERALIST
This is an exciting opportunity within our HR Operations organization to make a meaningful impact at the national level in Italy while collaborating with European and global teams. In this role, you will provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees, both operationally and through project-based initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations and practices in an international environment.
As the HR function evolves in response to employee expectations, regulatory changes, and technological advancements, you will play a key role in adapting processes and aligning strategies. By managing a broad range of HR activities, you will identify and implement opportunities to enhance the employee experience, improve business outcomes, and support strategic initiatives.
Reporting to: Associate Director, HR Italy
Key Responsibilities

Degree in Human Resources, Law, or Business Management (or equivalent)Experience
Minimum 10 years of operational and advisory HR experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of employment regulations and HR administrationProven track record in managing projects and organizational changeExperience in a global company preferredBackground in technology or professional services is a plusFamiliarity with complex matrix organizations advantageousProficiency in HCM systems (preferably Workday) and Microsoft OfficeAttributes
