As a Senior Hospitality Manager within the Executive Dining and Banqueting Program, you will oversee all service disciplines at 270 Park. Job responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance hospitality services Lead, mentor, and manage a team of hospitality professionals Oversee budgeting and financial management for hospitality operations Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events and meetings Implement and monitor quality assurance processes for service excellence Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards Identify and drive opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in hospitality servicesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
minimum of 5 years experience in a hospitality background Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and planning abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships Experience in event planning and execution Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvementPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Extensive experience in hospitality management, preferably in a corporate setting
