We are seeking a Senior Growth, Engagement & Monetization (GEM) Manager to drive execution of high-impact initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in Prime Video engagement metrics, work cross-functionally to automate foundational and manual process, and support key programs that drive consistent Prime member growth. This role will focus on: (1) Engagement Program Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of programs designed to move core engagement KPIs from analysis and business case development through tactical execution; (2) Strategic Partner Marketing: Manage partnerships with select partners, developing and implementing high-priority partner marketing initiatives that drive business growth; (3) Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the operational liaison between editorial and advertising teams, driving alignment on metric standardization, creative development, and programming strategies. Coordinate execution across Product, O&O, and Ads to ensure cohesive delivery while balancing advertising and editorial content priorities.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, proven program management skills, and the ability to move quickly from insight to action.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive analysis of daily and weekly engagement metrics, developing insights into performance drivers and optimization opportunities across Prime Video and Fire TV platforms
- Partner with O&O and Lifecycle teams on entitled content performance, driving customer-obsessed execution that aligns with engagement goals
- Own end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives that drive incremental engagement
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Tech, Marketing, O&O Ads teams to deliver complex programs
- Support execution of sampling and windowing programs
- Serve as editorial liaison between GEM-Prime and Amazon Advertising, focusing on streamlining operations, metric standardization, and aligned execution across business lines
- Support Strategic Partner Marketing strategy for select Tier 1 partners, developing and implementing high-priority marketing initiatives
- Partner with Product/BI teams to drive automation solutions for improved workflows
- Collaborate closely with BIE and Finance teams to develop comprehensive reporting that surfaces engagement trends and drivers across all customer segments
