Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Graphic Designer at Marsh, you will take full ownership of the brand system, driving its strategic evolution and ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints; proactively identify opportunities to enhance brand equity and market positioning.

We will count on you to:

Create, manage and deliver highly creative designs across a wide range of channels including print, online, social, and event.Work with and own the brand system, whilst also actively participating in its evolution.Collaborate with other designers, Art and Creative Directors, whilst also delivering work under your own initiative.Manage production throughout the lifecycle of the creative project, liaising with clients, suppliers, agencies, photographers directly.Produce all design projects to a high standard and be responsible for the design brief including liaising with the projects leads and requesting advice, proof checks or stage development meetings where necessary to ensure it meets client expectations and always before final approval/delivery.Own and drive projects forward, working closely with members of the design team to ensure the integrity of the original concept.To work together and collaborate cross team with video, production, and events teams to exceed client expectations, delivering high quality work.To communicate progress at every stage of the design and artwork process for the smooth running of work and planning schedules.Continually look for innovative formats and products that could be packaged and sold as part of the Communications offering.To take responsibility for continuous personal development and learning, helping to identify objectives and opportunities for skills development.

What you need to have:

A strong portfolio demonstrating your creative design skills across different mediums (portfolio must be in English).5+ years of brand design experience at an agency, in-house, or both.A strong understanding of brand design fundamentals and a set of complementary skills across illustration, art direction, video, and more.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across marketing and the wider organization.Experience in collaborating across geographical and organizational boundaries is highly valued.Experience managing designers, contractors, and agencies.A strategic mindset; you care as much about the why as the how.Advanced Level of English is a Must
