We're one global team driven by our common purpose to deliver a better world. Join us. **Job Description** AECOM is seeking a **Senior Graphic Designer** to join our **West Specialist Team** . In this role, you will collaborate with the West Region business development and operations teams on pursuits, including preparing responses to client solicitations such as RFQs, RFPs, interviews, and pre-qualification efforts, as well as creating other client-facing and internal materials. This will be a hybrid position including a combination of both remote and in-office, that can be based in, but not limited to: Los Angeles/Orange County, CA; Dallas, TX; Austin, TX; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; and San Francisco/Oakland, CA. **Job Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:** + Designing advanced graphics and multimedia for large, complex, and must-win proposals/statement of qualifications for clients. + Partnering with proposal managers and capture managers on must-win pursuits, regional/state priorities, and alternative delivery projects; communicating clearly with teams and participating in meetings and calls to collaborate and gather input. + Developing creative, custom presentations and leading storyboarding and content planning for proposals, presentations, and interview teams. + Creating documents and presentations for print and digital formats, following branded templates and guidelines. + Producing branded and custom graphics, templates, and illustrations to support messaging and themes; identifying appropriate photography or imagery using digital libraries. + Participating as part of the pursuit team in planning, storyboarding, and reviews (e.g., Pink and Red). + Collaborating with authors and subject matter experts to develop custom illustrations for technical information, including processes, tables, charts, photorealistic graphics, and diagrams. + Providing technical and logistical support for presentations, video conferences, storyboarding sessions, key review meetings, and final document reviews. + Processing comments and edits to graphic elements and working with subject matter experts or authors to finalize and resolve issues before reviews and final submittal. + Ensuring adherence to quality assurance/quality control standards on proposal and marketing materials, maintaining consistency and attention to detail in own work and the work of others. + Providing input and best practices to support the marketing organization in graphic design and template development. + Assisting with adoption of new tools or technologies to enhance efficiency, creativity, and collaboration. + Participating regularly in focused teams such as marketing best practices and graphics roundtables; providing, receiving, and applying feedback constructively. + Overseeing and supporting finalization of documents for production, packaging, and shipping. + Handling challenging situations diplomatically with peers and internal clients; exercising discretion with confidential or sensitive issues. **Qualifications** **Minimal Qualifications:** + Bachelors degree + 4 years of relevant graphic design experience or a demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience. + Highly proficient in designing and managing content using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for high-impact layouts; skilled in creating interactive PDFs with Adobe Acrobat; experienced in developing compelling presentations with PowerPoint or other tools; and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong understanding of graphic design/marketing best practices and procedures, work processes, and tools and evidence of past support on projects or teams. + Knowledge of how to visually convey messages, themes, discriminators, and responses to evaluation criteria clearly and effectively in proposals and presentations. + Strong knowledge and use of collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelors degree + 6 years preferably in graphic design, digital arts, communications, marketing, or a related field. + Knowledge of A/E industry and understanding of AECOM’s business line offerings, clients, projects, and competitors are a plus. **Additional Information** + This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future. + Relocation assistance and/or per diem are not offered for this position. Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
