Job Title: Senior Government Compliance Analyst
Job Description

As a Senior Government Compliance Analyst, you will lead the preparation and in-depth review of Incurred Cost Submissions (ICE) with a strong focus on indirect rate calculations, reconciliation of ICE schedules, treatment of unallowables per FAR Part 31, and contract briefing. Your role will involve analyzing and interpreting general ledger and project cost ledger activity to ensure accurate ICE compilation.

ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and other federal auditors, assisting with audits and responding to inquiries related to ICE submissions.Analyze complex financial datasets and construct robust, dynamic Excel models.Interpret and apply Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to ensure compliance across projects and departments.Support cost-based pricing functionality for proposals across both federal and commercial clients.Manage interactions with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and other federal auditors.Assist in the development and monitoring of small business plans and related reporting.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely government reporting.Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and internal controls.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including modeling and data analysis.In-depth understanding of FAR and federal government compliance requirements.Experience with ICE submissions and DCAA audits.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Additional Skills & QualificationsWorking knowledge of SQL and Power BI (preferred but not required).Familiarity with small business subcontracting plans and reporting.CFCM (Certified Federal Contracts Manager) certification is a plus.Work Environment

The role offers a flexible hybrid/remote working environment, with headquarters based in Boca Raton. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. This position provides an excellent opportunity for growth within a rapidly growing AEC industry leader, with the potential to advance to a Manager-level role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
