Job Description
As a Senior Government Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) across various projects and departments. You will prepare and review Incurred Cost Submissions (ICE), support cost-based pricing functions for proposals, and manage interactions with federal auditors. Your expertise in financial data analysis and modeling will be essential in developing and monitoring small business plans and ensuring accurate government reporting.
ResponsibilitiesInterpret and apply Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to ensure compliance across projects and departments.Prepare and review Incurred Cost Submissions (ICE).Support cost-based pricing functionality for proposals across both federal and commercial clients.Support and manage interactions with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and other federal auditors.Analyze financial data and build complex models using Excel.Assist in the development and monitoring of small business plans and related reporting.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely government reporting.Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and internal controls.Essential SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for modeling and data analysis.In-depth understanding of FAR and federal government compliance requirements.Experience with Incurred Cost Submissions (ICE) and DCAA audits.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Additional Skills & QualificationsWorking knowledge of SQL and Power BI is preferred.Familiarity with small business subcontracting plans and reporting.CFCM (Certified Federal Contracts Manager) certification is a plus.Proactive approach to problem-solving.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
