Senior Government Compliance Analyst
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our government compliance and financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), experience with DCAA audits, and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and apply Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to ensure compliance across departments and projectsPrepare, review, and submit Incurred Cost Submissions (ICE) in accordance with federal requirementsServe as a liaison with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and other federal auditorsAnalyze financial data and develop advanced models using Microsoft ExcelSupport the development, implementation, and monitoring of small business subcontracting plans and related reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely government reportingIdentify opportunities to enhance internal controls and streamline compliance processesRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency (including financial modeling and data analysis)Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI (preferred)In-depth understanding of FAR and federal compliance requirementsExperience with ICE submissions and DCAA auditsFamiliarity with small business subcontracting plans and reportingCFCM (Certified Federal Contracts Manager) certification is a plusExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesPreferred Tools & CompetenciesMicrosoft Excel (Advanced)SQLPower BIERP systemsGovernment compliance and audit readinessFinancial reporting and modeling

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $46.00/hr.
