Senior Government Compliance Analyst

Description

Interpret and apply Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to ensure compliance across projects and departments

Prepare and review Incurred Cost Submissions (ICE)

Support and manage interactions with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and other federal auditors

Analyze financial data and build complex models using Excel

Assist in the development and monitoring of small business plans and related reporting

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely government reporting

Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and internal controls

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including modeling and data analysis)

Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI (preferred but not required)

In-depth understanding of FAR and federal government compliance requirements

Experience with ICE submissions and DCAA audits

Familiarity with small business subcontracting plans and reporting

CFCM (Certified Federal Contracts Manager) certification is a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $46.00/hr.
