Then you might be the “Sr Global Rewards Manager" we are looking for.
Your new role
As our new Senior Global Rewards Manager, you will help elevate how we design, develop and deploy global reward standards and initiatives across Novo Nordisk. This position is placed in the Total Rewards Development team, where you will report into the Associate VP of HQ Partnering, Global Processes & Rewards Development. You will join a team of dedicated Rewards Specialists covering various projects
In this role, you will act as both an expert and a project manager on several of these projects. The projects will take reward deliveries to the next level in Novo Nordisk, supporting the overall strategy. Your work will primarily be project‑driven, but you will also be responsible for selected ‘running the business’ tasks.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading global reward development projects of which the main one right now is our Pay transparency journey but you will also be involved in our Employee Value Proposition project, and benefit offerings project. Driving process optimisation across Total Rewards to improve global standardisation and operational excellence. Managing selected ongoing tasks, including vendor management and Total Rewards training.. Partnering with senior leaders and global stakeholders to secure alignment and adoption. Ensuring governance, compliance and consistency across reward deliveries.

We operate as a truly global department, working closely with approximately 60 reward professionals across 19 countries. As a virtual global team, we maintain a footprint across all geographical regions, covering all areas of Rewards.
Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for a candidate who will enjoy working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:
Master’s in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or similar. 8+ years’ experience in the field of Rewards. 3+ years’ experience in senior stakeholder management and leading global rewards projects. Experience working with Total Rewards in a global setting. Possess a high level of integrity, personal drive and adaptability. Demonstrate strategic insight and a high level of maturity. Can work very independently and has trust in their own abilities to take decisions. Fluent in verbal and written English.
