about this team
The Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) team plays an important role in supporting lululemon’s operational efficiency and scalability. Within GFSS, the Master Data Management (MDM), Business Licenses (BL), and Gift Cards (GC) team is responsible for managing critical processes such as maintaining accurate vendor records, ensuring stores have the necessary business licenses, processing gift cards, and supporting regulatory reporting.

core responsibilities
The Senior Global Finance Shared Services Specialist is responsible for ensuring vendor data integrity and driving process and system improvements to streamline operations and support global growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide offshore resources, and leverage data insights to improve workflows, strengthen compliance, and enable strategic decision-making.
Lead global vendor data governance, ensuring speed, accuracy, integrity, and compliance to enable timely invoice processing and payments.Optimize vendor onboarding processes, including designing scalable workflows, enhancing forms and systems, and supporting expansion into new markets.Be a subject matter expert (SME) for vendor management, guiding team members and business partners.Train and support third-party offshore team members to ensure top performance.Analyze and report key performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing actions that improve service delivery and create value across teams.Champion and support projects, partnering with other teams to drive operational and strategic growth and improvement.Resolve vendor master data and payment issues by reviewing data and working with internal and external partners. Process tax reporting (e.g., T4As and 1099s) and related party reporting.
qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.4-6 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Accounts Payable, or a similar role.Strong understanding of global vendor data requirements, with knowledge of tax reporting processes (e.g., 1099, T4A) and related party reporting considered an asset. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.Familiarity with various reporting and ERP systems.Proven track record of leading projects to enhance efficiency and scalability. Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong data analysis skills to analyze trends and drive actionable insights.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Enthusiastic about continuous learning, innovation, and contributing to team success.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81000 - 86,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
